Who we are
SX Bench is run by [YOUR FULL NAME], a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as SX Bench, [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
The service
SX Bench is a browser-based network simulator. The simulator is free to use. The guided labs are available with a paid subscription. SX Bench is an unofficial training tool: it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Cisco Systems or Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and its output is a simplified simulation, not real device software. It is not official exam material.
Subscriptions and payment
- Standard costs £15 a month and Pro costs £25 a month, including VAT where it applies. Prices in other currencies, where offered, are shown at checkout.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. Your subscription renews every month until you cancel.
- You can switch plans or cancel at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal after that.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. Because the labs are made available as soon as you subscribe, at checkout we ask you to agree to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose this right to cancel once access begins. This does not affect your right to cancel future renewals at any time, or your rights if the service is faulty. [OPTIONAL: If you are unhappy in your first 14 days, contact us and we will refund your first payment.]
Your account
A subscription is for one person. Please don't share your account or copy, redistribute or resell lab content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep SX Bench available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell subscribers about material changes by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales [ADJUST IF YOU ARE IN SCOTLAND OR NORTHERN IRELAND]. Consumers can also bring claims in the courts where they live.
